Their ability to navigate a complex, ambiguous brief and deliver clear, compelling outputs was a key strength throughout the project. Their strategic insight and creative execution helped us bring two world-first products to market with clarity, confidence and a deep connection to customer needs. The solution
TCP applied a structured approach to the project:
Phase 1: Brand Discovery and Naming: TCP conducted an intensive brand discovery process, including workshops and desk research, to build an understanding of customer personas and the competitive environmment. This research informed the ideation and development of the new product brand names and taglines: SleepWell (for residential use) and WorkWell (for commercial use).
Phase 2: Visual Identity Design: TCP developed distinctive, differentiated and dynamic visual identities including brand logos, taglines and a colour palette for both sub-brands. Supporting visual elements were created, including mood boards and comprehensive briefs for future photography, illustrations and videography.
Phase 3: Brand Identity Project Playbook: TCP created a detailed Brand Playbook and Brand Guidelines. These comprehensive guides outlined the new brand names, logo usage, additional graphical elements, brand palettes, typefaces and website/marketing copy for ABC to take their new sub-brands to market.
The results
The project was delivered on time, to brief and within budget. TCP successfully delivered distinctive brand identities for ABC's SleepWell and WorkWell products, providing ABC with sophisticated and appealing brand marketing assets. The results of the project exceeded the client's expectations. ABC stated that TCP’s strategic insight and creative execution of the new sub-brands have provided a foundation for significant growth.
